Confusing app

This app is too complicated I have a situation where I have a pill I have to take twice a day sometimes I may have to change how much of one pill I need early & I have to do it differently. People like me need some help. I have 2 medicines I have to take twice but the morning dose is not the same as the night dose. The problem with it is the fact that I cant enter the same med twice so I could have a listing that can make a new chart for my multiple meds and dosages.
